Please note that queenstown uses a different address for pickups and dropoffs. 
Picking up:   Inside the arrivals hall at Queenstown Airport
Dropping off:   Return your vehicle to our yard, located in the Airport loop – take out all your belongings and lock the car returning the keys to our team in the airport.

Queenstown Pickup and Dropoff During Office Hours
Bookings for rental cars or campervans in queenstown can be made directly with our reservations team for pick up’s from city central hotels to our office.

Sorry late pickups and dropoffs are not possible from this office.
